Step 01
Pre-Production Approval
Fabrics, trims, and materials verified before cutting begins. Lab dip and strike-off approvals confirmed.
Step 02
In-Line Inspection
Mid-production QC check during sewing. Catches construction issues before they multiply across the full order.
Step 03
AQL Final Inspection
Statistical AQL 2.5 inspection of finished garments. Full defect classification (critical, major, minor) with written report.
Step 04
Pre-Shipment Audit
Final check on packed cartons before loading — count verification, labelling, packaging accuracy.
What is AQL inspection and do you use it?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is an internationally recognised statistical sampling standard for final product inspection. We apply AQL 2.5 standard inspections on all production orders.
Can I arrange a factory audit or visit?
Yes. Our facilities are open to customer-arranged audits at any time. We also welcome factory visits and can arrange virtual tours.
Do you provide QC reports for each order?
Yes. We provide a written AQL inspection report for every production order, including defect classification, pass/fail determination, and photo documentation where applicable.
